Kondwani's Kitchen Party November 11, 2006
Our Kondwani had her kitchen party on Saturday November 11th and it was a lovely event. Here are a few photos to share with those who want to remember and those who may have missed.
First we can see our Kondwani preparing for her big day as her sister, Mutanda, styles her hair...
Next the matron brings Kondwani out in preparation for the unveiling...
Next Stanley's family comes forward to unveil Kondwani before the guests...
And she is presented with flowers...
Kondwani then offers gifts to the mother of Stanley...
She then goes before her own mother and delivers gifts...
Then the family gathers around Kondwani to give her the first gifts for her kitchen while showing her how each item should be used...
The kitchen party was a lovely event and we hope that there are many prayers going out to ensure the success of the union of Kondwani and Stanley.
